Human Co-operation Centre in Bangladesh (HCCB) is a Non-Profit, Non-Religious, Non-Political and Vouluntary Social Welfare and Developmental National level organisation was funded on the 15th February 1990 by some honest, sincere and dedicated personalities of Bangladesh. The principal founder of the organisation is Mr. James B. Sarker, Executive Director HCCB.

Target Constituencies
The underprivileged, distressed (Vulnerable) marginalized, specially the poor, helpless destitute children and women (widow, divorce, seperated, viotims of dowry, acid burning, rape and of other social circumstances). Some of the villagers are particularised as, small and marginal frmers, share-croppers, fishermen day labours, small traders slum dwellar etc. Most of them are illiterate and a little educated lacking professional vocational skills.

a) Human coopertion Centre in Bangladesh (HCCB) got registration from the Directorate of social services of the peoples republic of Bangladesh government in bearing the registration No. D-02649 dated 25-11-1991.
b) Human coopertion Centre in Bangladesh (HCCB) got registration from the NGO Affairs Bureau under the Prime Ministers Office of the people of Bangladesh of Government, bearing the registrations No. 79 dated 29-12-1993.
